zucchini and squash are like the spiralizer's besties.
makes 3 meals
3 squash of your choice (zucchini is my preferred squash. but do what you want)
3 paleo friendly sausages (chicken, turkey, pork, etc…just no sugar added!)
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (again, no added sugar)
1. spiralize squash.
2. saute sausages until cooked. no matter the meat, you want it to be cooked through. duh.
3. pour in jar of sauce.
4. once warm, toss in noodles. only keep on the heat for long enough to get the noodles hot. i don't like cooking my "zoodles." i think it makes them mushy. and no one likes mushy.
