let me just say thank you for the lesson i have learned thus far in yoga regarding my breathing.
my biggest use for this is not during yoga. it is at work.
passing the porti-johns.
passing workers who haven't showered...ever it seems like.
it is amazing how great it is to hold your breath through the 'tough' areas. i am a better person for it.
i feel like shit today so this post reflects that. join my life. :)
